What do you think of the GSA waste scandal? is it going to damage GSA credibility among SB’s looking to obtain a GSA Schedule? or it will foster the idea that bribes can be a good way to court GSA buyer for SB’s w/GSA contracts?

<br>Clarification added April 12, 2012 9:04 PM: Clearly my question specify foster the idea of bribes, if the vendors try is another matter, I’m interested in the perception of outsider business owners, concerning GSA SCHEDULES, not insiders that know absolutely everything, responding to the experts already responding.
